PROVENTUS.COMsulting was founded back in 1997 and opened its Lisbon office in 2000, starting as a service bureau and consultancy firm for German companies which have been supported in opening up the Portuguese market by providing them with individual and comprehensive assistance.

Proventus means success, and the aim of our activities must always be the success of our clients!

Gregor Zemp joined PROVENTUS.COMsulting after studying law in Zurich, Freiburg i.Ü. (CH) and Geneva. He graduated in Zurich. Since then he has been working on his doctoral thesis in the fields of international business and comparative law, under special consideration of the Portuguese law, which is now in the final stage. Gregor, meanwhile promoted to head up the Portuguese team, is fluent in German (native language), French, English and Portuguese. His job experience in an also internationally working law firm as well as in a software-development firm in Geneva builds the base for his practical and client-orientated working approach.

Gregor Zemp is active in the Club Suisse Porto and in the Société Suisse de Lisbonne, the association of Swiss in Portugal. He is also member of ELS (ELSA Lawyers' Society, association of former ELSA [European Law Students' Association] members), the German-Portuguese Association of Jurists and the Young Managers and Entrepreneurs Lisbon.

Meanwhile a network of specialists who support the concept of PROVENTUS.COMsulting came to enable us to provide even more efficient services focused on individual support, expertise and reliability. Also companies from other parts of Europe have found out about our skills and creativity and became an important element of our clienteles.

PROVENTUS.COMsulting is member of the Swiss and German Chambers of Commerce in Lisbon.

PROVENTUS.COMsulting is actively supporting the Young Managers and Entrepreneurs (WJ - Wirtschaftsjunioren) in Lisbon and is acting as the national representative for the Federation of Portuguese Companies in Germany (VPU).
